Gals On The Green - Beach Theme

I recently played in a golf outing with a Beach Boys Theme. Decorations were simple and done as inexpensively as possible. The room looked fun and festive and everyone had a great time.


Centerpiece were festive with these bright paper flowers from Dollar Tree. They were stuck in the center of buckets of sand. DVDs were burned with a selection of Beach Boys music for each person at the table. They were place in these bright colored DVD sleeves and secured into the sand with plastic stakes use for florist cards. The DVDs were a little heavy for the stakes and had to be taped to hold them in place. In the end they looked great.

Blue cellophane was wrinkled to look like water with the sand buckets on top. Tropical confetti was sprinkled on the table.


Tropical cellophane bags had a few treats for the ladies and were given as favors. These were tucked in the napkins at each place setting.

Beach balls hung from the ceiling.

Fish nets with blow up fish decorated the front of the prize tables. Most of the decorations were found at either Dollar Tree or Party City.
