Easy Lemon and Lime Centerpiece - Bargain Find Friday

Entertain Exchange

Here is an easy and inexpensive way to dress up any table. This can be done in just minutes without much prep time and makes a lovely centerpiece. All you need is a bag of fresh lemons and limes from your favorite "Super Store" and one floating candle for each container...that's it. Place lemons and limes in any vase or container, add water and the candle...your done!

This table was at a small fundraiser at someones home...this looks lovely and didn't cost much at all.

If you have any inexpensive centerpiece ideas...please feel free to link. Be sure to link back. Thank You!

  1. They look fabulous. What a great idea and it looks so like summer. Is this a party you're going to have every week? Let me know and I will dream something up. Hugs, Marty

  2. You have wonderful ideas! I will have to check back often to find ideas for my house and other things! I was wondering about the centerpiece from your March 6th post. The daisies in picture #5, what are the pink twirly ribbons that are in the vase? Where can I get them? My brother's wedding is at the end of the month and we wanted to use this idea for his centerpieces for his reception! Please help us! My blog is jjohnsonfamilyjournal.blogspot.com or I'll check back here for a reply. I hope you can help me!

  3. Hi Michelle,

These are actually branches or reeds. You can find them at Michaels or Joann's in the floral department. They may be a natural color so you might need to spray paint them a color. Here is a link I found on the web. They have other colors on the site as well.

  4. Yes, Marty I intend to have Bargain Find Friday most weeks. Some days I don't have anything to share so I skip a week here and there. Your link does not have to follow a theme...just be a great bargain find related to entertaining or something you might use to accent your home.

Thanks for all your great comments.
