Small tin (flat surfaces are best, so look for a square tin instead of a cylindrical one, if possible)
Rub-On
Scissors
Burnisher: bone folder, tongue depressor, or some sort of flat, blunt tool...even the back of a spoon or the handle on a dinner knife.
