Bargin Find Friday

Here are a few things I found a couple of weeks ago that I just couldn't pass up. I had my eye on these orange stems from Pottery Barn since the fall. Even through all the pre-Christmas sales they were only 50% off...not good enough for me. So I waited. At last the day after Christmas they went down. Everyone was busy buying up the Christmas merchandise but me. I paid $2.97 a stem marked down from $14...so I bought 10 of them...now that's a bargain!

Love these tall grapevine with moss cylinders from the Pottery Barn. I knew when I saw them on the sale table I couldn't pass them by...great for Spring. They were $3.97 marked down from $19.00...had to buy two.

I bought the tulips for a Twilight Party my daughter wants to have, for the release of the movie on DVD, in March. They were also left from Christmas, but now just 97 cents from $6.00. The apples, also part of the Twilight theme, I found at Marshells on a Christmas sale table for $4.50. I have been having a hard time finding "apples" at the craft stores...I hope to make them work.

The line I always feed my husband..."I'm as cost effective as I can be." It works for me.
