Orange Sorbet Dessert

Unfortunately, I can not get these images any larger, but I thought this would be wonderful for a summer lunch or on a beautiful summer evening. Scoop out the inside of an orange and replace with orange sorbet...then freeze. How easy is this. You could do the same with a lemon and lemon sorbet. Add a little garnish and serve.
