I'm feeling Groovy {Cake}

This is a very cool Tye Dye Cake from Bright Ideas. Fun to make even if you're not having a 70's party. Great for a circus, rainbow or any brightly colored kids party!

    That cake is perfect for a 70s party! Looks like funfetti cake mix with an upgrade and awesome icing.
