Easy Easter Garland With Paint Chips

I am sorry to not be posting much lately. I am swamped with co-chairing a prom fashion show this week for the senior class. I am sad to say I have a graduating senior this year. Where did time go?!! Seems to me she was just starting kindergarten! Anyway, life is very busy these last couple of months.
