A mix of shades of green and a wonderful mix of texture. I had these little bird nests and used some different objects as pedestals to give height to the centerpiece. Fresh greens form the yard surround the base of the pedestals.
I used some fresh leaves and a silver Sharpie to create the place card.
* THANK YOU for sharing this absolutely beautiful, serene tablesetting~~~ (Me thinketh that frosted green glass is incredibly soft n' pretty! Then again, EVERYTHING here is!). What a WONDERFULLY DELIGHTFUL sight to see first thing in the morning!!! Since my DH is on a business trip & it's actually COLD here in AZ (!!!), I think I'll set up a nice little space just for me in my study this a.m., complete w/ a lil' pot of coffee, some fresh fruit & a ,ol' fashioned hard-boiled egg... not too "exciting" for most, but placed on a lovely tray, enchanting enough for me!
ReplyDeleteBest & again, many thanks!

(Oops!~ After "... fresh fruit & a..." the "GOOD" in GOOD, OL' fashioned hard-boiled egg, etc, is MISSING... Of couse, am sure it's "understood", (& NOBODY will care ANYway!), but I tend to be a perfectionist this early in the a.m. & just can't HELP but correct myself!!! Smiles~~~)~
ReplyDeleteYour shades of green theme is so comforting and pretty. Love the little bird's nest and the goblets!!
ReplyDeleteI love the aqua and green tones of the table and your mother's silver is amazing! I love it!
ReplyDeleteOh what fun! I love all the greens. What a neat idea to use those leaves as a place card! I like it...
ReplyDeleteYour table with it's cool green is very soothing and sprig-like. I especially love the personal touches with the cute birdhouse and your mom's silver. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteCome check out my purple, green and woodland tables.
I like the bird theme. The little birds are sweet. The homemade ceramic birdhouse is priceless, having come from your daughter.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, I love the birds nests and using the silver on the leaves is a great idea.
